Awesome cover you play in a similar style I do. I don't know if you've had lessons but I'm self taught. When I cover a song I figure out the chord patterns and just improvise around them. That piano also sounds amazing i'm guessing it is a Hoffman?

@MissNoraF as far as i can tell it's a key change from the normal chords:

orto's version:

Verse: E -> Ab -> C# minor -> A

Chorus: C# minor -> A -> E --> B

Not 100% sure on that though, and bridge is same as chorus but half beats perhaps? anyway I got those from ear, and Im not perfect, perhaps the Ab in the verse is actually a B? play around with it a bit until it's right :)
