"the misfits" killed her. miller broke her heart when he wrote such a shell of a person for her meant to prop up the male characters andmade up of chauvanist tabloid fantasies.  he got a lot of money under the table for betraying his wife-meal-ticket.

at least TSYI was a play, so a good part to get. she still said that in it she "...didn't really play a person...more of a thing."

Hehe, I love this movie. It's definately one of Marilyn's best. She is brilliant.

Don Murray's character pissed me off though, he's just so annoying and his constant yelling gets on my nerves. Also, Marilyn's southern accent is a little grinding...

Otherwise this is a great picture and one of the first Marilyn sang in and she is just brilliant as an actress and a singer :).

I love you Marilyn, and my love for you will never die <3.
