What is a Drama CD? Somebody who acts out what is happening in the manga or wad?

@Kittiy basically, a company (normally the one who runs the manga) decides it's popular enough for a drama cd and they pick out voice actors who they think sound the closest to the character and they voice out what happens in the manga (and sometimes they modify the text to add narration if you can't tell what happened just with sound). If the drama cd and manga get popular enough they'll get the voice actors to do an anime too
