My Starion is a FOUR SEAT conversion; yepp, and passed by road authorities as a four-seater with slightly higher tar weight than original. Batteries are under the hood and where the gas tank was, so plenty of room for four fat bastards and a cat.

Hah, that's just my home-made watch -yeah I've actually sold a few of these - a stock analog watch mounted in an old vcr tape head to look cool (not much use for a vcr otherwise :-D )

-.-' Me and my freinds took a RARE 1970 Dodge Super bee and totally rechanged it It run on a a Supercharge Battery i got for $73k and Made it light, have 4 doors, new logo, a cool head onament, a paint job, All terrain tires and taineted windows.

ownside: can only goup to 10km at a max range of 45km.

Oh we're planning on boost, an electric boost using IGBTs. I just need to save up for a few more batteries and a couple of IGBTs. Gotta finish an Echo for someone first.

how much is the battery pack?  does anyone knows? I want to convert my nissan micra electric next year.

Cost me $10k for 45 x 3.2v x160Ah to make nominal 144v. You can get them from Everspring or evpower via Australia. Battery management can be obtained from them also, or BEV. Don't use Thundersky bms, it's really a battery 'monitor' only. Check prices, they may come down next year

Oh, you say Nissan Micra? Small car you may only need 90Ah thunderskys - about half the price of what I paid for the 160Ah. Cheers

Can you make any car or truck into electric? If so is there anyone in Washington State that does this work?

Up to a certain weight - light pickups and hatches are best, any heavier and it gets expensive with reduced range - pickups are good as you can put all the traction pack in the tray so there is no splitting of the battery packs, therefore less resistance. I'm currently in Sydney Australia. Don't know what's available in Washington State (a quick search for 'Washington state EV conversions' brought up a couple of links.

EVs are known to work and be enjoyed....my 2000 Ford Ranger EV NiMH was a Clinton Era EV escapee....why won't Ford make this today?

Hooray, I saw myself in your vid! I gotta say the Starion looks much slower in this video than it did in reality. The silence is confusing I suppose because that red car of yours was pretty bloody fast. (So was the little white ute).
