@braininahat just because she "disapears" from games(which she doesn't) doesn't mean that she isn't a great playmaker. She may not score a lot or may not get much attention but she is a very important aspect of the team

wish Carli Lloyd was playing to this same level of soccer right now in the World Cup. She's got amazing long shots but I don't kno what's going on with her lately. She's bringing the team down...not her best games so far in the WWC

You can't just dimiss the criticism of Carli by calling people "haters". The so-called haters make legit complaints: she disappears in games and doesn't create enough. Look at Rapinoe. The best player the US has with the ball at her feet. She serves up crosses and never disappears in a game. She might falter here and there, especially on her final touch near the box, but she creates for others. We're all cheering for Carli, esp. with that cannon she has, but don't ignore her faults.

@braininahat She actually was involved in a lot of important plays in the World Cup tournament, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. She's incredible at getting past defenders and delivering the ball to other shooters. Take the France game, for example, she had this amazing backheel pass to O'Reilly who passed it to Cheney, who scored. Without Lloyd, that goal wouldn't have happened. She may not have scored any goals, but it's silly to say she hasn't been contributing to the team.
