u can make atomic glow like stuff by taking out the middle of a yellow highlighter and let it sit for a while in a small amount of water for a more concentrated amount then u can pour it into any amout of water and it will stay that same general concentration

@stad97 yo can make glow water using the ink in a highlighter but you need black lights or you can buy the powder on amzon along with the jelly marbles.

@stad97 u can alway just take a highlighter and break it, put the felt with the color in water and wring out the access, it glows too :P

@stad97 The "glow water" or liquid you find in glow sticks are potentially poisonous and carcinogenic. Highlighter ink does NOT glow. What is mistaken for a "glow" is the fluorescence you see when light is shone on to it. You can go to Nurdrage to learn more about glowsticks. But Highlighter ink or any fluorescent fluid will "glow" under blacklight

The only PVA I can get here is a dry white powder.

What proportion should I mix with water to make suitable liquid PVA for the transparent slime?

When I tried a random mix with water, it remained granular and lumpy and did nothing whatsoever when I added borax. I've succesfully made all different consistencies of Elmer's Glue slime - but this has me FRUSTRATED!
