  • hmmm i might try hipnosis but idk if it will help and thx for the vid cuz i needed help

  • ok this might be usless but i used to suffer panic attacks i could nt leave the house i looked up the net on all thing s on panic attacks hypnosis came up so i tried some self hypnosis cds they never worked but i was so sure in my belifes that this was the right thing i built up the courge and went and seen a hypnotist with months after the course i was free from panic attacks it might not work for every one but it worked for me

  • You know prayers can work against panic attacks. I've prayed over 4 persons via skype who dealt with panic attacks, and trust me those 4 got extremely excited ... it was quite funny to be honest but one of the ladies when she sees too many people in a certain place she gets over excited, like she makes too much of a big deal over something so tiny. That's how she was. I have never dealt with a REAL person who had a real panic attack but that's a serious thing.

  • best kept secret ! breath in 4 second slow count ---- breath out 4 second slow count.

and im sure it is your boyfreind that causes all & start seeking other jobs on the side, because if your boyfriend watches this he will think ''oh no! insecure - emotional - drama - mama ! GIRL GET A GRIP JUST CHILL ENJOY LIFE!! Nothing to it. peace.

  • thanks for sharing helps to know not alone though i dont wish panic attacks on anybody, mines began 2005 they went away no meds, therpay in early 2007 but they came back fall 2010 and its been real hard, especailly goign to church cause thats where my first attack occured in 2005. Daytime is my worse with evening bringing a sense of calm i dont have attacks hardly at night.

  • @rubixspoly Thank you!

  • @thedanizblog wow your sooooo pretty! I had panic attacks in the past and breathing patterns and just using distraction methods like music and activities help bigtime!

  • @Donnyboy1984 Cool I'm glad they were helpful!

  • Hopefully your therapists tips will help to stop your attacks. If you get a surge of energy, just rock out to your favorite rock song. It works for me.

  • @cymfsp117 Thanks good idea. :)

  • I'm totally having issues with anxiety and panic attacks also...not sure what to do other than take medication...

  • @Eshrimpski Yeah same here I'm nit sure what else to do that is why I wanted to start therapy.

  • @BPDHealing Yeah you are right! I will keep that in mind too thank you. :)

  • @dropthegirl777 Thank you!

  • love this, great tips! :)

  • @mentalhealthhelpUK Thank you! :)

  • heres my tip:

smoke weed, listen to bach's fugues and realize that its all a ride

  • @diogeneslaertius666 Haha good tip but not for me though. I don't smoke weed. I have been clean and sober for over a year. When I did do drugs I didn't like weed anyway. I don't know if it was because of my mental illness but it just exaggerated all the craziness in my head and made me feel worse. :-(

  • @thedanizblog well, maybe meditation, just try to find a center i guess, i have never had panic attacks but i can imagine it is a terrifying experience

*big hug* i hope you feel safe and happy, best wishes :)

  • Thankyou for sharing

  • @jmm1233 Thank you for watching.

  • good stuff. especially about practicing breathing when you are not having an attack. it will make a difference. controlling your breathing is an important facet of controlling your emotions. least, it is for me.

  • @gothatfunk Hopefully it will be for me too. We will see how it goes. :)

  • pretty . . . pretty

  • @th3inquisitiv31 Thank you. :)

  • Sounds like good advice =)

Deep breathing doesn't work well when you're hyper ventilating.

    <3

  • @GodlessManitoban Thanks. Yeah that is why she said to practice it so we will see.

  • @thedanizblog

    You're welcome =)

  • Dani this upload is really something, this is the perfect topic when it comes to these panic or anxiety attacks. Yea Music helps me bigtime, and one thing you mention that I need to do more often is take like 15mins for myself. In other words doing nothing for 15mins clearing my mind, whether taking a walk or going somewhere quiet for peace. Great tips..

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Thank you so much for the comment! I am glad you found the video helpful. :)

  • @lizcatlover Yeah I think the walk will help me the most. Do you have any tips? :-D

  • ever think about going to a punk concert and jump in the pit?it worked wonders for me

  • @smashbeans Haha I am 4' 11" I'm afraid I'd get crushed. :-(
