I can easily do even quadruple clap pushups with legs extended:) . That's nonsense and time waste... do them with legs togheter :), bet you can't do even 1 behind back clap pushup.

@Andythefunkman Hi Andy - thx 4 yr kind words. OK, the back pain - from PULL UPS - try doing your p-ups with your knees bent at 90deg in front of you. So, your thighs are straight out in front of you in a fixed position and your knees bent. It will strengthen your core & back muscles. BUt if you feel bad/sahrp/acute pain - STOP & rest for a while. 1 week.... let meknow how u go.

hey i would not say best on youtube...since you do the easy way out with your legs spread wide out, try doing them with your feet together ..but yes they are good. id like to see a post with ur feet touching tho.
