Also I'm pretty sure it's a NE .600 pistol. Because the S&W .500 looks considerably different. I personally like how the S&W .500 looks.

My personal preference is a smaller caliber so I can get more rounds off w/o having to recover from that recoil.

nope....the S&W 500 is still in a revolver form but it has a compensator....most people think that the 500 has super recoil because it is huge and its a .50 cal......BUT it actually has less recoil than a 44. magnum and that is because the compensator...the compensator is the weird metal thing that runs below the barrel but its only on the hunter type 500

Yeah, he was holding it funny, but that is a LOT (did I say a LOT?) of energy being released there. a .50AE is hard enough to control (and is somewhat of an impractical weapon anyhow). A .60 is just plain ridiculous! I suppose it would come in handy if you wanted to stop a charging bear if your rifle was empty or broken. Other than that, it just seems like a novelty firearm. Don't get me wrong... I WANT ONE!

60 caliber is like 15mm across... less than 0.1% of rifles fire that kind of ammuntion... let alone hand guns. Heck, sniper rifles are rarely made to use that size.
