Yes Obama's prize was pretty much a joke, like Yasser Arafat's, but the Peace Prize is different to the others.
The others are PHYSICS, PHYSIOLOGY (BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES), CHEMISTRY, ECONOMICS and LITERATURE. Mainly for huge discoveries e.g. structure of DNA, discovery of quarks.

He really has very good ideas...Islam and democracy must not stand in the opposite to each other...Islam can develop, if Islamic countries create their own form of real democracy for all people. Muslims must accept the other two Abrahamic religions..it is written in Quran...not only accept them...but learn from them so that they will be not forgotten.
