Wish we could do this in South Africa. We have the same problem with carp. The authorities are not coming to the party, though. Boats have to be off the water by sunset and it is not yet legal, nor illegal. Very grey area. Not to talk about the expense to get rigged up. Everything is imported from the US and the Dollar is not favouring our currency. But I am going to do this, comes hell or high water!
