Thanks for the great video Dan. My friends and I were planning on making these this weekend and this video is exactly what I was looking for. Well done. :-)
Hubby and I made a birdbath with just a rounded bottom. We didn't put in the chicken wire and now it has a small hairline crack in it. But we did make it over 12 yrs ago so it has weathered well.
Absolutely Love that Idea! Is there anything else you can do that with?? Perhaps other leaves or what not? Just wondering if you would suggest another way to accomplish something like that using smaller things?
We have a product here in the States called Quikcrete, it does not have gravel in it, and sets, dries very quickly, Im wondering if you think it work for this?
Diva Dan, a big thumbs up!!!!! Great video. I found this interesting, even though I live in an aparmtent, I would definitely try this if I didnt. GREAT job and am looking froward to others from you. Keep up the good work!!!!

Wenn the concrete has dried you can lett the birdbath dry in the sun. The rhubarbleave then shrinks and can easily pulled away from the concrete.

I made one of them with hypertufa. Is there a reason to chose concrete instead of mixing cement with peatmoss and vermiculte instead?

I think it's time DD starts his own YT channel. The man is incredibly talented in what seems like anything he does! Good going!

That is such a good Idea. Where would I get rhubarb leaves? Also there is a drink with the rhubarb-creamy rhubarb and vodka cocktail. It is soo good.
