U made me wanna cry... LOL I'm 24 and i have had two babies and i have stretch marks ..and my belly button is sagging from having a belly button ring! ughhh It's just crazy how women have to go through so much!! I want to say you are amazing!! and beautiful mom! I don't have the money or the credit to get a tummy tuck any time soon. I'm just a stay at home mom with dreams and hope for maybe sometime in the future! I wont settle until I can get this done!! :)
I did this video at 4 1/2 weeks and yes, I wore my binder until 6 weeks all the time and then only when I needed it until 8 weeks - thanks for your questions!!
@mcosta9097 thanks for answering sorry to bother you again and the after the 8 weeks what happened? were you normal like you didnt have to wear anything were you scared? of not having anything?
It was a little weird at first not wearing the binder, but it goes away and feels normal pretty quickly :)I at almost 3 months now and I'm still kind of 'protective' of my stomach but in all reality it's fine, I'm just paranoid - lol

just watched you video you look great hope its all going well i startted trianing at 6 weeks but slowly all back to normal now am at 6 months and love my new tum xx
