Hey guys, I’m trying to increase my vertical leap by doing the training program over at snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining - and gained like 9-10 inches so far but I’m still a bit away from dunking the ball. Does anyone have any more tips to increase it even more? I’m only 3 weeks into the training program but I can’t wait to start dunking!

Are you kidding me? I love how the description makes "J-Will" out to be something really special--misleading. True, he hasn't averaged more than 1.89 TO/game over the seasons mentioned, yet look at the previous seasons: 2.86, 3.65, 2.08, 3.29, 2.21. Oh, and the whole 'highest assists per turnover' thing? Put this in perspective: Only 1 season did J-Will have a better Assist/TO ratio than John Stockton's career avg. over 17 years--this while outscoring John's career avg. only once. Overrated.

yes john stockton was great and extremely boring to watch play who the hell actually watchede the jazz ply when stockton and malone together nobody because it was sooo boring. Jason Williams was exciting to watch he brought flavor to the game.

Man, if I just wanted flavor and excitement, I'd watch And1. Those guys are a lot more exciting than Williams. If you wanna see greatness, however, you go back and watch how Stockton played. He's the epitome of how the game should be played IMHO; selfless, determined and almost flawless basketball. We watch for different reasons.

@cellobarney Oh please, "Overrated?" He's underrated. Not many people know of him, if they did they forgot about him. Now he's back with the Magic, a great addition to their shooters/passing. John Stockton is great, no doubt. People compare J-Will to stars like Pete Maravich, Pistol Pete, is a hell a lot better than someone like John Stockton.

And I like both Pete and Jason. I think Pete was a better scorer then Jordan. He averaged 44 points a game in college. No other player has came close to that. But in your comment someone like John Stockton. Jordan said Stockton was the best he ever played against... Ever.
