So many people obviously have so many variations of the Alfredo Sauce recipe. I for one would start of with a roux by cooking 3 tablespoons of butter together with 3 tablespoons of flour in a meduim high heat, melting the butter first then gradually adding the flour spoonfuls at a time while stirring it. Then gradually adding 2 cups of milk while still stirring. The basic white sauce would appear lumpy, but as it simmers for about 10 minutes, it smooths out. It would be a good time to add the...
parmesan cheese and the garlic powder to a desired taste as well as any variation of white cheeses (Mozarella, Monterrey Jack, Cream Cheese, etc.) about an ounce at a time to make a good alfredo sauce.
I'm done. The title of the clip is "Preparing to make homemade fettuccine alfredo sauce".
Suggested new title.....

This guy is an idiot and whoever posted 10 of these 2 minute videos should be shot. None of them are "part 1" or "part 4" so you don't get all the info. So for those thinking of watching.....don't bother. Too many holes in the process and too many incomplete videos to watch!
Every cook with basic knowledge of pasta knows that you shouldnt build a pan sauce of a nonstick surface. Thats a great way to get cancer let alone ruin the sauce.
pretty basic but effective recipe for alfredo sauce but i would not recommened using the egg at the end i tried it and it kind of messed it up in my oppinion good thing it was just a practice batch
alfredo fettuccine doesn't exist in Italy... it's an american dish invented by american people!!! If you want Italian coking, learn the real italian coking!!
Ok i am not a chef but as far as i know you NEVER use metal anything on teflon. But the recipe i have is no where need as hard as he is making this one.
