Ah... nice atmosphere, even though the city looks a bit battered in some places (which is something i'm used to, as I live in Poland XD). Wouldn't mind exploring Kinshasa on my own :D

Kinshasa is poor because of Mobutu economic agreements with the Empire of Washington with support of the Europeans (especially those of Paris) and its poverty grew even worse with the FMI "adjustments" plans.

What is the name of the first song?

The first song is "Sina Mambo"it is sung by Tabu Ley Rochereau.

The second song is called "Nalingi Yo Linga Ngai" and is sung by Dodo Munoko.

Both songs come from the 1985 LP Tabu Ley & Mbilia Bel "La Beaute d'Une Femme" but unfortunately neither was included in the recent series of Mbilia Bel reissues because she is not on the tracks.
