  • Ah... nice atmosphere, even though the city looks a bit battered in some places (which is something i'm used to, as I live in Poland XD). Wouldn't mind exploring Kinshasa on my own :D

Ah, I wish I could see the whole world prospering. Africa has so much potential, I hope I will live long enough to see it in it's glorious days to come :)

    kiss from the netherlands

    louise

  • These are just a few of their technological advancenment known around the wolrd. In aqua culture they are building the technologicaly most advanced shrimp farm in south Africa right now and China is trying to copy cat it but will be managed from south Africa. In short south Africa is a technological industrial power house. Oh don't forget the electric car develop in south Africa with first Wolrd quality and has recently rejoined the space satellite race and is acquiring nanotechnologycapability

  • [QUOTE=jules3c;51218087]South Africa is not only an industrialized nation, but is also a technological advance nation. And in many fields it is even leading the rest of the Wolrd. A few excample would be solar panel development, the meerkat station station is one of the Wolrds most advanced, military hardware even the American military buys hardware from south Africa like the apc vehicle the best in the wolrd. The krooivalk attack helicopter better than the appache according to Pentagon.

  • south africa has one of the most advanced technology,it's moreadvnaced than japan.there are culture in africathat are more advanced than japan too, even if ther state is not has advanced. it's a difference

  • congo has things in common with florida

  • Kinshasa is poor because of Mobutu economic agreements with the Empire of Washington with support of the Europeans (especially those of Paris) and its poverty grew even worse with the FMI "adjustments" plans.

That was a crime aganist the humanity and the nice and strong people of Congo!

Long live for Africa and its people!

    big hug from Brazil

  • ok found it!!!

  • what's the name of the first song please? it's great!!

  • 0:12 looks like an embassy or something else

it would be better if it were still a colony?

  • all you motherfuckers talking shit about kinshasa , fuck off ! There's more "life" in big african cities than anywhere in Europe or America.

    1. In Kinshssa if a little kids goes missing 10 miles from his/her home , it's a guarantee that someone will recognize them and bring them back to their family,

2, In Europe or America if a kid goes missing even just 50 feet from their home , the family is going to be lucky to see their child alive again.

  • u tell that to urself to make urself feel better..africa's a dump

  • what about the millions that went missing over the course of the century? all of africas a dump

  • it not just congo but the whole africa notice europe, america ,asia and australia are more advanced than africa

SOME STATES IN AFRICA ARE MORE ADVANCED THAN SOME STATES IN EUROPE,AMERICAS AND ASIA .A FEW IS JUST AS ADVANCED THAN australia OR MORE ADVANCED.

  • No states are more advanced then Asia nothing is. Because Japan is an Asain country and the most advanced country ever.

  • the best they could do is destroy everything and let wildlife take it from there :) (I´m not speaking about the wildlife that currently exists there)

  • but tis is best part of congo these days

  • it not just congo but the whole africa notice europe, america ,asia and australia are more advanced than africa

    wonder why is dat

the answer is corruption and hatred african's need to learn how to work together more and stop fighting and killing each other

  • Soon it'll be 50 years since the DRC Independance Day and look at this!!!!! All distroyed and almost nothing built!

  • It's never too lake son of mwuishi

  • @numbermoja1 Yeah I agree. Went there twice and the place is a fucking mess. BUT it's the place to be for business. Lots of money to be made in Congo. Where there is chaos, there is business.

  • LA BELLE KINSHASA :)

  • This city was once called "Leopoldville".

  • I can't wait until it's safe enough to visit!

  • of course its safe enough to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ppl have such terrible stereotypes about africa 4 goodness sake!!! the war is in east congo not kinshasa!

  • maravilloso, gracias por el video

  • What is the name of the first song?

  • The first song is "Sina Mambo"it is sung by Tabu Ley Rochereau.

The second song is called "Nalingi Yo Linga Ngai" and is sung by Dodo Munoko.

Both songs come from the 1985 LP Tabu Ley & Mbilia Bel "La Beaute d'Une Femme" but unfortunately neither was included in the recent series of Mbilia Bel reissues because she is not on the tracks.
