The thing of it is, i learned how to crack a whip by watching Raiders of the Lost Ark over and over again...picked up some bad habits which are none too easy to let go. Just look at the way Indy muscles the whip in the "Cairo crack" scene. I'm working on it tho:) and i have some nice whips t'boot. They deserve to do the work for me.
Even with those long whips, focus on your body doing more work and your arm less. I think you'll find letting the whip do the work helps immensly! Keep up the good work!
