I had a cap signed from him and Chris, but I lost it T_T

  • Does anyone know if arlo still skates?

  • yes sure he still skates for fun

  • yea i can imagine how well it would do now considering the massive leap we have come from this to what you see in 2003 videos then now 2009 wow... just think about it and you go WTF!!

  • I met arlo once at eisenbergs skatepark. it was during the hoedown

  • that 540 over the spine at 0:38 looked sick, wish i could bring back them days...bodys too old now sadly, from not wearin pads back in the day! still love rollin though

  • arlo eisemberg goodfather of aggressive inline

  • pioneer of aggressive inline.. chris Edwards is the creater aka GOD or rolling.. ;P Dec. 1991 first front side grind on a rail...

  • True, chris edwards is the original but arlo is just as important imo.

  • blading used to be so popular back in the 90's and now its so much more advanced then this but like its not very popular it did like a complete reversal for my skating generation...which sux

  • maaaaan! His videos were giving me ADRENALINE in '90s

  • song name?

  • Root by Deftones

  • old school

  • Arlo was one of the coolest rollerbladers i ever met.

  • Blading and nu-metal is such a dope 90's combo

  • 2:34 sick 360 =P

  • arlo had the most unique style

he skated really low and forehead first.

  • Can anyone upload Mike Scott section?

  • if they upload it, you email me, youtube, facebook. tell me some way some how. i dont care if you fed ex it. i loved that guys skating. didnt he skate vert?

  • Esse cara era meu idólo quando eu era moleque .. Essa época era o auge, velho .. muito roots!!!! Muito diferente dos rollers "emo" de hoje em dia ... tá paia demais a cena, desvirtuou de com força....

  • its incredible how much better skating has gotten.

  • mind boggling it is.

  • has anyone got Mad Beef to put up on the tube? This guy was what started me skating all those years ago. i dont skate anymore- too old and creaky at 30 lol, but this guy made the sport what it is today !!!

  • does anyone have this video? my friend says that there's a great beatles song on it, but he doesn't know which one, and i've played him just about every beatles song and he still can't figure out which one it was

  • Search for TJ Webber's section from this same video. That might be the Beatles song your friend was talking about.

  • wow, you were right, thank you so much...my friend thanks you...we thought we'd never find out the song

  • arlo was the shit, TEAM SENATE! DESTROY ALL GIRLS!

  • and im not trying to say im better then him. cuz i know whoever reads this next is probably gong to give me alot of shit. but im not really better then him at all

  • i mean this guy is really what got it all started . so hes like a god to me. but i like how based on the material from this vid he probly wouldnt be pro today skating like that.

  • um, sweet. I can actually do all that stuff - except some of the vert.

    Nice tribute to an icon.

  • m12 time

  • he still is great he was at skatecamp in 07

  • Arlo's skating may look average compared to that of Broskow, Bah, and Farmer (+ many more) but considering that he practically built the industry, it is needless to say that he is the ultimate legend of rollerblading. I hear he still skates a bit, but not as hard or as often as he used to.

  • What a legend.... this makes me feel really old though, are you guys still skating since that time???

  • I wish I was still skating. Watching this takes me way back. Arlo was a pretty aggressive street skater and that is what I tried to imitate. Oh the memories of the ER!

  • arlo and chris edwards were the two most amazing inliners of the 90s. hands down.

  • Arlo en esa época era el puto jefe...

  • haha he was pretty good back then.. i liked his style when he skated halfpipe. And lol what he said in the end. Skateboarders are the ones that are always in the way with their little piece of shit wood flyin all over the park when they eat shit

  • trsdtown you will NEVER be as good as arlo, it's not just his tricks it's his stlye & attitude, to compare yourself to him is crazy. peeps like farmer/broskow etc are the new arlos not you.

  • well said artysm. Arlo may be a strange guy, but he single handedly designed the 1st skate made for our lifestyle. I would love to see trstown ride on some 96 Mj12s with almost NO soul spot. Arlo was busting switch souls down kinks on those badboys. TRStown is a youngin.

  • the legend Arlo

  • Yeah!!!! skating was my life....I saw a video of Arlo in Panama (Central America )the rest is history.

  • ARLO IS SO SICK

  • Arlo pretty much made skating what it is today. I find it a little hard to believe that you're as good as him after 3 weeks. Yeah right....

  • I'm just as good as him and i've only been skatin 3 weeks...i guess it shows u how much much rollin has progressed

  • Do any of the bladers who saw all those old school videos know if there is a website where I can perhaps get like a listing of those songs?Like from Millenium,Battle My Crew,Standfast,Mindgame, etc.

  • the golden era was hoax 2 baby

  • The Golden era of skating When it was about haox 3 broken english senate jeans and k2 fattys and majestic 12

  • word da fuk up! i started skatin in late 94 till 97 in nyc! team anarchy representin up in this bitch!

  • you make me wanna turn emo =[ haha ahhhhh summed it up there bro

  • Never ever saw him Skate before, he was pretty good.

  • that 360 into the bank has ALWAYS been in my head when i think of arlo

  • If it wasn't for Arlo there would be no rollerblading. He started the Industry, Companies, and even invented most of the tricks. He pushed a sport that almost didn't exist at the time. He's a living legend.

  • its unbelievable to see that Arlo was doing tricks ahead of his time. He was doing cess slides years before they became popular

  • fucking ridiculous. classic.

  • i remember mad beef...that was the video that started it all for me back when i was an inline skater!!! Arlo is a legend the foundation of it all

  • hah yes! I think I still have a copy on vhs somewhere, I was only about 14 when it came out I think

  • wow, so thats where it started.

hmm ok cool, more respect, but I still don't like Arlo.

  • i love the old school

  • ey this video inspired me a grip back in the day, somethin told me to search for it and im glad i did, thumbs up for this

  • Arlo is my hero.

  • fuckin dope
