@MrDante609 bama hasnt faced a recieving corps with an adequate (at best) quarterback. USC has first rounders at the WR TE and QB positions (think about that for a second). Bama is great, but like i said, they have been squeaked by because they dont know what the hell to do with good pitch and catch teams.
I dont think USC's Defense was getting tired in the 4th quarter. Its just that their offense turned it over twice in the 4th and that puts a lot of stress on any defense. I mean they held Oregon to a field goal which missed and held the Ducks Offense to 28 points the whole game (and Oregon was averaging 45+ points per game). Next year this Defense is going to be real good.

@Getemcolts USC has a good history of beating SEC teams. Bama's the ONLY one w/ a winning record against the Trojans. Oregon thought they were making it to the title game. Next year, if Barkley comes back SC has just as good of a chance as any team. I don't see SC losing any games next year. It's possible but as fans we're obviously hoping for the best. A 10-2 season is really good considering the things the Trojans had to go through.
Trust me, LSU will win the NCG this year, sorry.

I dont think USC's Defense was getting tired in the 4th quarter. Its just that their offense turned it over twice in the 4th and that puts a lot of stress on any defense. I mean they held Oregon to a field goal which missed and held the Ducks Offense to 28 points the whole game (and Oregon was averaging 45+ points per game). Next year this Defense is going to be real good.

Congradulations to the University of Southern California= The unofficial PAC-`12 south divisional champions; and the unofficial PAC-`12 champions. I am so proud of you guys for defeating the University of Oregon. It is a disgrace that UCLA are in the PAC-`12 championship. IF It was not for the probationary period, USC would be the champions. Maybe USC should join the SEC. They have already proven their point in the coference after all of these years; but i still like the PAC-1`2.

I was at this game, USC ran circles around UO during the first 2 1/2 quarters, but that's largely because Oregon was having trouble getting into a rhythm. @butanerios USC fucked up the duckshits in their own stadium. If you take away the duckies kickoff return, the final score is 38 to 27. If you take away the kickoff return and if USC scores at the end of the game with a touchdown instead of fumbling the ball on a handoff, on the 10 yard line, the final score would have been 45 to 27, USC. Even with a field goal at the end without a fumble, the final score would be 41 to 27, USC. Accept it!! USC is back on top of the Pac. FIGHT ON!!

@bubhub64 Why would I take off the kick off return? Thats fucking stupid. If I took away each of the USC touchdowns Oregon would have won. Wow. I proved something there. UO fucked up USC last year in THEIR own stadium, by MORE points. How on earth is this USC victory any more impressive than UOs last year? Oh, it's not. That's right.

@butanerios Your earlier point, was that USC didn't kick Oregon's ass, that SC barely escaped with a win. That is true. My point was that if you take away the kickoff return that Oregon scored on, and you talk about USC's offense against Oregon's offense, USC's offense OUTSCORED Oregon's offense 38 to 27. USC was about to score again towards the end of the game but fumbled on a straight handoff without being hit. Most likely SC was going to score a touchdown. the score could have 45 to 27.

So USC's offense played better than Oregon's offense and USC's defense played better than Oregon's defense You guys were putting up 50 or 60 points against weaker teams but you guys had only 27 offensive points against USC's defense. So yeah, I'll say that USC beat your asses good!

@butanerios This years USC team was a totally different beast compared to last years USC team.Last year USC had a new coach and a very thin roster because of heavy sanctions.So yeah, I'm not disputing the fact that we got beat good
