I think this is a good idea in prisons, music and dance makes people happy, happy people are less likely to commit crimes, ergo, atleast perhaps impacting these people who might be less likely to commit more crimes once theyre out

However, when I see a statement made espousing a blanket belief in regard to the taking of a life, particularly in a situation where the specifics are unknown, it disappoints me and raises my ire; and, stereotypically or not, the bulk of the people that do espouse said beliefs do tend to be of a Conservative Christian denomination. I think I would have felt better about these dance routines without the story of the guy who murdered three people and was the "featured" guest in this video. Maybe something was lost in the translation, but the "I don't want to talk about that day because I'll cry" came right off the playbook when you're appealing to the parole board.
