This seems like a dream place to live in. The UK equivilant is Bournville (Cadbury's chocolate town) - not as big but same principle!

@smores112 - actually you can - Hershey is the town that our company is located in. So essentially, you can live in Hershey!

No you don't. My friend's parents live in Hershey and their property taxes are $6,000 per year. I'm not talking about a gigantic house either.
