  • would some1 help me.. im sure i got jus the regular one.. but can some1 tell me.. how to point out the difference in a 1939 to a 1939-S.. ive lookd everywhere and dont know how to tell the difference

  • This is going to sound wierd but when I watch the video all the Jefersons look like they have different facial expressions. Seriosly, see what I mean? It is very strange

  • You have very good videos,Mr Marlowe

  • did anyone know if the five cent nickel of the american indian of 1938 is silver?

  • Not silver.

  • @robmarlowe im gonna do that its gonna take like 3-4 months to find though :-)

  • how much did all this cost? did your relatives help?

  • I built all the sets I have over time with my own money. You should be able to determine the cost of a set to you by looking at a current price guide.

  • Are the 1942's that you have silver or not?

  • They made both that year. The 1942-P, and 1942-S are all silver. The Denver Mint struck 1942-D nickels in silver and also a copper/nickel composition. I have both in my collection.

  • Ah ok I see now. Ty.

  • About what percent of your collection was found? I'm working on this set at the moment, but for now I'm only buying circulated rolls and looking through them for good conditions. I'm trying to see how far I can go without buying any. Great videos btw.

  • None were found and all were bought. Good luck in your search. Happy hunting!

  • i enjoy all your vids keep it up nice work you have put alot of time and money in to this great hobby i how how u feel

  • nice set i am working own the same right now just put a 6step war set together it is in un-ms63

  • Looks nice,

Why would the US govt recall if the nickel had a picture of the White house??

  • I don't understand your question.

  • dude seriosly u inhereted this how can u get war time nickels in that good of condition unless your rich

  • Actually, a nice set of uncirculated war nickels without full steps shouldn't cost your much more than $100. I was also not lucky enough to have a coin collector in my family so all the sets you see that I have posted were built by me. I have taken a lot of time and effort to build my collections. Patience, time and a little bit of cash will reward you with a great collection. Most people aren't patient enough to wait for the right coin. It will come just take your time and buy the right one 1st

  • so you are rich

  • so dude thats not as good as find them in circulation

  • i agree with u. I didn't like the jefferson nickel at all bcuz it seemed like a cheap and stupid set. I only started collecting from change and by using the cardboard folders. But now, after buying a few BU coins and war nickels, it seems like a really good set.

  • update: i just completed my jefferson nickel set lol
