@1006christopher back then i had a Core i5 860 @ 3,8 Ghz, an ATI HD4870 and 6GB of 1333Mhz RAM, but the game will run on slower comps as well

what did u use to record the gameplay. I just boguht fraps hoping to achieve this but it always shows the framerate and slows it down as well. (atealst for crysis) I have a new computer now. where do you get your mods maxed out is just not good enough! quad core i7950,gtx570

@RenneDanjoule I used Fraps as well. It will show the FPS while you record, but it does not show the fps in the final video output. If you play Crysis on maximum setting and record in full resolution it is very possible that it lags even with that kind of hardware, so you might want to turn down the graphic settings or reduce the recording resolution. But you should be fine with any other game, just try it out.

@BMWfreak19 i dont know if you know MSI's Afterburner. Its mainly a GPU tweaking & overclocking tool but it also has an option for Game recording and the best thing is that it is very FPS saving.

as an example

i have an AMD Phenom Black Quad with 2.3GHz, 2GB DDR2 800-MHz RAM & a Sparkle GeForce GTS 450.

BadCompany 2 runs at 50FPS on maximum settings DX11

Fraps while recording: 20FPS

Afterburner better quality: 45~35FPS if you want to try it use the latest BETA! its the only one with sound
