i had this vhs. it was great. i loaned it, iron warrior (ator 3), and the warrior and the sorceress to matt rogers. they never came back. all horribly missed. don't loan him or evan any sweet fantasy flicks!!!

the trailer had no surprises. no crazy levels of cheese. until about 1:30. the guy spinning around oh man XD that's like something out of Kung Pow, now a trying-to-be-serious but terrible movie.

I have been looking for the soundtrack to this movie forever but cannot find where to buy it or download it, I love the Deathstalker theme music(you can hear part of it in the trailer). Hopefully I will find it someday before I die.

You are correct it was the 1985 original 'Wizards of the Lost Kingdom' - I never actually saw the sequel.

I saw David Carradine's name and thought I had seen 'Wizards II' but I was thinking of 'The Warrior and the Sorceress' with him as the star - I guess I have seen TOO many "Sword & Sorcery" B-Movies in my time!

Sounds MOST like 'Wizards of the Lost Kingdom II' (1989) but see also 'The Keeper of Time' (2004) check them out on IMDB and see if you recognise the actors.

One of my favorite sword-and-sandal flicks ever. Rick Hill was awesome in the lead role. I don't know why film stardom evaded him, but at least he had one moment in the sun as Deathstalker.
