the point is muscle memory... you focus slowly and do it until you dont have to focus you just do... then you go for speed and accuracy and after that, power... if you dont know how to punch properly,which you prolly dont you can break your hand... with years of practice the "dance" isnt a dance its more like breathing
I would like to extend an invitation to you to come on up this way and do some training. I train with the instructor in the video, and can guarantee you that these techniques are effective. What you see on TV isn't all that a system entails. If you have any training at all in any art/system, then you should understand this.
He was merely showing her a very basic defense to be able to help in getting away from an attacker. Trust me, that is NOT our first instinct move
martial arts are totally badass but its useless if your opponent has a firearm and is a few feet away
