Im 12. I hate new cartoons. I hate new music. I hate new games (except Sonic, Mario, Pac-Man, etc.) . I want to be a 90's kid. I'm crying looking back at the good old days that I missed out on. Cartoons were funny, creative,could be taken seriously,and had it all. Movies had perfect writing. Video games were 2D classics that have all the re-playability. Music had meaning and were really rocking! Can I just get that darn time machine!Im sitting here waiting. Sadly waiting. For what will never be.

You're going to be successful by demonstrating a knowledge of social satire and entertaining wit, which is exactly what this show contains.

The great thing about the Animaniacs is that the education was there, they just covered it in that entertaining wit you mentioned. They spoke to kids, not down to them. The creators didn't say 'keep politics out of it'. Instead they gave you a running history of all the US Presidents along with jokes about things that we remember them for. Just saying...

I never see animation like this anymore, or great writing like it for that matter. Adventure time is good old, hand drawn animated sure, but...ehhh...lets just say I'm not fond of it -_-

The only cartoon I recommend for today's shows is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic because trust me, it's worth checking out. Takes you back to watching great shows like this one back in the day cuz it actually has some of the writers of these old shows working on it like Powerpuff Girls and Johnny Bravo.

Luckily enough kids of today can still see all these 90s shows if a parent or relative buys them on DVD, like i have for myself and my sister who is 12, though i have a hard time trying to show her them now as she thinks she's too old for cartoons... i spent all that time saving up and getting then, but now i fear i'm too late :( Though she does enjoy Animaniacs, who wouldn't!

The 90s had the best cartoons that ever got put on this earth. And they still do. Here's the question though. Out of ALL the shows on Kids WB why did they decide to take the best ones off? Like Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures. THOSE were cartoons. The best ones ever. And why cant they just put RERUNS on. Thats all i ask. I dont want new ones. I want the 90s! . Seriously people...THUMBS UP FOR RICHARD STONE ( He wrote most of the music for Animaniacs, Tazmania, Pinky and the Brain, Freakazoid, Histeria, etc with catchy theme songs, flavorful/ Merrie Melodies-esque scores, and tasteful/masterful orchestration).

He really was the NEXT CARL STALLING!!!!! ....shout out to Steve and Julie Bernstein, Gordin Goodwin, and J. Eric Schmidt, and Bruce Broughton (Tiny Toons theme) who also musically contributed to these Silver Age WB cartoon classics.
