I remember doing exercises with my mom and Jack LaLanne in front of our TV (and Jack in the TV ;D) ...I must have been about 3 - 5 yrs. old. I remember it like it was yesterday! I had fun doing it too.

@NILLIHCMASTER Jack is my icon and the example that i follow. Not only for health and fitness, but he was educated with a doctorate in chiropractic, a very successful business man, he had a successful marriage, and his children were a success. He also knew how to live a long and happy life. All of these attributes in one package; what more can one ask for?
