Stupid Easterners(I'm assuming NJ passed medial Marijuana) In California. Might as well have legalized it. In Arizona, Might as well have legalized it. Medial MJ as it is sold to the people when it passes is a LIE PERIOD. I support Legalizing it. I don't support LIEing about "Medical" MJ to get it legalized with a tiny loophole.

A 6 month to one year delay? Completely unacceptable. Come on Governor. I want to see you run for President, so I'm no left wing socialist, but taking any longer than 90 days to develop guild lines is more than enough time. @atchisrj1 Republicans had better learn that a large part of their support comes from libertarians. If we stay home on election day, they lose. They had better allow for liberty in our life choices as well as our liberty in the free market, or they will find themselves unemployed. I would not vote for him if he promoted a socially conservative platform. I would rather allow the Democrats to stay in office and run this country right into the ground than compromise my libertarian principles.

Medical marijuana is a scam. One block from our local high school we have a doctors office that gives out the cards. Then right next door to the doctor, we have a marijuana store where you can buy the drug. I have watched how one person goes in to get the drug then splits up the purchase among friends who wait outside. Tragic deal killing our little town. Why don't the marijuana plants grown in the store have to go through FDA testing like normal drugs? Thought smoking was bad for the lungs?

I've seen people go to the physician's office next door and get a prescription and then go into this pharmacy and purchase these highly addictive drugs. Tragic deal killing our little town. What is even more shocking is that a toxic poison is being sold in our grocery stores and even our 7-11's. It is not FDA tested and it kills thousands each year....alcohol.
