@Zenthik You can hire anyone you feel like to act as security at a private event. The "security" company and the "guards" can get in shit for marketing / selling their services without first getting licensed, but any charges stemming from this incident would be completely valid regardless of licensing requirements. So yeah, all three of these idiots should have been charged with trespassing, although neither of them committed anything close to assault (and no, pushing is usually not assault).

The two morons that were involved at this even were Spc. Tyler Ellingboe, 22, and Sgt. Alexander Valdez, 31, both are in serious trouble with the military for violation of military code of conduct. They both are active military duty soldiers, and are now being investigated by the military for their action in this event.
