@CyntheticManifesto The pond is partially covered by shade sails. For some reason, I have no predation problems where I live. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I live in an urban area.

@shuwukong Mine are not that red, actually. I think the video makes them look a little redder than they really are. But I have seen lots of very red female koi, especially when they mature.
