Oscar is a tetraodon lineatus, also known as fahaka puffer. Red eye puffers are also very cool (but you have to teach your puffer some lessons lol)! Do you have a video?

i had two dwarf puffers, they were eaten by a green spotted that was in my tank. there $2.07 over at the petsmart, downfall is you cant really keep them with anything.
