Hey,

I can't get this to work in Windows 7. For some the MS-DOS screen briefly appears then disappears and doesn't seem to do anything to the mts file i dragged into the folder.

Can you help me out?

Everytime I try to convert MTS files, the framerate has been absolute shit.

if ure new to this, install avisynth codec before you start following these steps.... else, it will only convert to avc and you will have a hard time editting it on cheap movie editor program.

It worked for me.

I extracted the rar file. Dragged MTS file to the extracted folder and executed the .bat file.

It created a number of files namely .avc .ac3 .wav .dga .avs

Then played the .avc file with the latest VLC media player.

I did it all right.

But it came out with some other files and an mp3 and an avs file. The avs file did not have audio and the pm3 was the audio from the video.

Does this meann I can use windows movie maker to merge them together?

wait no, I figured something out. It converts to avc, so I import that to windows movie maker then get the .wav audio file and merge them use windows movie maker.

Only weird thing is that the video file is longer then it should be. (just has a blank part) so you cut that bit out and you have the original file :D

.avc file is the file with 66.08mb so i think it contain the video track but .avc can't be open its a anti virus database from some software..:(

wow.. you really fucked it up.. uhh.. i don't know whats wrong, but i sounds like you have modified some files. I can really tell whats the problem, but you can try to delete ALL the files in the folder, and download it again,

You could try to right-click on the .bat file and click on "Run as Admin.."

i can hear the sound...that's all i can get it from this ...VLC and media player take as sound file, divx show error saying there is no video track in this file:(

the file was 72mb after conversion it become two sound files then one .avs file + .dga file i think .avs is the file to watch but on which player VLC, Windvd, Divx all this are useless after the Xvid codec ...don't know wat to do now ??

I somehow did it before with VirtualDub, I just remember I had to download a different version. Since then I have forgotten and I haven't been able to convert, but now I can, yay!
