I pass by this church all the time but the bells never ring....What time do they usually ring? I live on Long Island so every time I getta chance I go up there by the LIRR Then I take the subway but seriously though...What time do the bells ring here?
Altar bells in Holland are various from three till six bells. Most churches have two bells during low-mass.
Big churches have more bells. I once served in a basilica where the warden gave one bell for every servent... Which where like eight... Whe didn't rang them all, haha
is this where they shot batman scenes?

I will never understand why American church bells sound so crappy compared with European church bells!

Come to England and see how the ringing of church bells is done here. You'll be amazed....

Most American bells have a tolling hammer mounted underneath for single peals.
