You should be able to buy it at your grocery store right next to the Green Tea.

But I honestly have yet to find Loose leaf tea....

Like the other poster said, you can find it pretty much anywhere you can get tea. I would suggest looking for a tea store in your area though. It's much better when it isn't processed.
