Ya, it is :( I was SO sad. In fact the first episode that they did after the wreck, was Josh's birthday. In that episode you can see it the clearest.

@LuvDrake28 actually, the episode they did right after the accident was The Great Dehoney...but yeah, you can really see (in the birthday episode) the weight he lost and how his face (his jaw, really) looks slightly different...he is seriously a miracle...he wasn't supposed to survive that accident, but he did <3
