Honesly jacked just gives energy ... that's it. Ravage tho if u read the blends is an ant catabolic + strength + pumps. Growth wise I liked the ravage more. Jacked was more intense , but ravage made me stronger.

@vondemarco from my own experience Jack3d is really good. and cheaper. im on ravage right now and dont get me wrong you get the energy for a good workout...... but it was nothing compared to jack3d. plus you get more servings.

Products are pricey yes..... but these 2 guy's do have a great point. Body fortress from walmart is a very good protien. you can get this with a Jack3d..... good stack. or even the mass XXX at GnC with the 60 grams of protien with no added creatine although very high in calories ( only for bulking up ).
