  • Now I know whole story without watching the movie.

  • A move like this needs to be appreciated, sometimes we all need to calm down and have some tears in our eyes, makes us feel grounded.

  • 78 people never lost anyone whom they loved.........

  • i wanted badly to see this film, but now i know i cannot. i lost my only son, 10 years old. in a 1991 car accident . just some of the things she says in the trailer make me cry, and no, you never get over it

  • i hate melancholic nicole in 'margot at the wedding'. is this movie similarly depressing? i just want to watch movie for entertaining not frustrating myself

  • what song played in this trailer ?

  • @doanninh2 Broken Bells - The High Road :)

  • even this trailer brings me to tears let alone the film... bless you nicole!!! keep up your forever amazing work!

  • Where is Public Viewer..???

  • nicole kidman is a phenomenal actress, should have got an oscar for this

  • I lost my 2 yr old son two years ago when he was hit by a car driven by a 21 yo kid, This movie was WAY too familiar for me. It was absolutely heart wrenching, Brought back the horror full force in a way I havent recovered from, even though I watched it two days ago. The part about the brick gives me a little hope. Just a little.

  • i love nicole kidman omggg

  • i tried watching this movie without crying. It didn't work out

  • This is such a great movie and all the actors give great performances.

  • R.I.P. Russell

  • This film is what I like to call a Damn film. A film that leaves you saying "Damn..." A person needs to know the art of film to truly appreciate this, otherwise it will be slow and dry. However, this film is haunting and yet light-hearted under the difficult circumstance Becca and Howie are in. This a must see for film lovers.

  • As a father who has lost a child, I just have to say, they achieved absolute perfection with this film. They comprehensively encapsulated the experience of suffering that unique loss. It's so hard to watch, but ever time I do, the heart wrenching catharsis is worth it. Every time, it's a dagger in my heart and a boulder off my shoulders.

  • the line i love is : why didn't he make another angel?he's god after all"

  • this movie was brilliant, it made me feel so many Emotions UNCOMFORTABLE, SAD, HAPPY, and so much more I cant describe

  • Happy birthday Walter. Rest in peace Russell.

  • Haha Gob...

  • This is probably one of the few movies I just feel neutral about when I watch it. I've watched it a few times in the past month because I just can't decide if I really like it or not. I mean, I think I liked the idea, and I liked the theories about life and death that were outlined. None of the characters had relatable personalities and were really bland. I think thats what made it harder for me to watch. I guess I like it though. I just finished it again. I still feel the same.

  • @TankGirlBOOM Same here.

  • song please

  • @curlyflea The cool indy pop song is The High Road by Broken Bells from the album Broken Bells.

  • I just read the script for drama class. This looks fantastic ! But NIcole Kidman is to hot for 35

  • "I like that thought. Somewhere out there I'm having a good time."

I love the way she delivers those lines.

  • wow... that was retarded...

  • I know Miles Teller in real life :D

  • im doing a scene from this play and damn is this a good play

  • any hate. It's truly fantastic, as are the performances. 10/10.

  • heres the whole movie....... IM REALLY SAD!!!! I KNOW!!!!!! BUT IM REALLY REALLY SADD! ME TOO!...... the end

  • Whats the song called that starts at 1:19 ????

  • @phatxpinkinkheart the high road by the broken bells :)

  • @phatxpinkinkheart broken bells - the high road :)

  • Nicole Kidman trying to act, it's cute.

  • @leisurelydinner Nicole Kidman is a fantastic actress...Even if her face doesn't move anymore...

  • such a good good movie, and play very good in the movie.. watch it :)

  • Views?

  • painful but cathartic; exhausting but satisfying

  • great movieee

  • LOVE THE MUSIC OF THIS PROMO

  • undoubtedly one of the best movies IS THIS GREAT ACTRESS NICOLE KIDMAN, well-deserved Academy Award nomination as Best Actress, ONE OF THE BEST FILMS OF THE PAST YEAR, THE MERIT IS NO DOUBT THAT FOR NICOLE KIDMAN GIVES ONE OF HIS BEST INTERPRETATIONS OF HER CAREER

  • Really sobering film on a subject most people would avoid. Such a daring film and a particularly amazing performance by Nicole Kidman. I couldn't get enough of her movies if I wanted to. I'll be first in line to see her next film 'Trespass' bitly. com/qN22Cm

  • NICOLE KIDMAN IS A GREAT ACTRES , TERRIFIC ACTING,GOOD MOVIE

  • I haven't seen this one yet but my Dad was watching it on a plane and thought it was pretty good. And if that's not a winning testimonial I don't know what is. I just want to see Nicole Kidman. Her characters are always so thoughtful and poised with a hint of despair. She's coming out in a new film called "Trespass" but looks like it's gonna be a great role. Check it out on arrival.

  • se ve buena la pelicula quien sabe el nombre del grupo que toca la cancion que sale de fondo

  • does nicole ever get old?

  • @ikweetbeter yes, you can clearly see, in this short trailer, the surgery she's had.

  • @ikweetbeter Hollywood is the only place on earth where people get younger as time goes.

  • @ikweetbeter BOTOX my friend!

  • @ikweetbeter No, and she never will. She will stay hot forever O.o

  • @Gavdrake82 she will as long as they have botox.....

  • @ikweetbeter yes

  • @ikweetbeter No, she's on the "Hungarian Countess" program. Virgin blood does wonders for the skin.

  • 1:32 =))))

  • you know, there's not much going on in the movie, but it's very moving and realistich , it touched me, got me so emotional. I love it.

  • Nicole kidman is so Good !! who is singing the song?

  • really good movie. Nicole Kidman's best perfomance !

  • THIS MOVIE HELP YOU SLEEP VERY WELL ...

  • This is a very sad, very moving film - one of the best films of the last year. It's perfectly directly , and the acting is superb. Nicole Kidman's botox face actually makes sense for the character she plays, but it's still a bit disconcerting. I would have loved to have seen Cynithia Nixon reprise her stage role for the film instead.

  • @howiebag

im sorry but nicoles face was fine in the film. you could clearly see wrinkles and lines...this isnt like back in 04 with "stepford wives". the only unnatural thing about her face is those lips, which havent quite returned to their normal size after baz luhrman requested she get colligen for "australia"

  • I wonder if she had to do an American accent for the movies she has to do

  • botox kills your facial expressions, so kids, stay in school, don't do drugs and keep botox off your face.

  • whats the name of the song that plays at 1:19?

  • @10je10 It's "The High Road" by Broken Bells, a really good song.

  • @dillionbeavers1231 thats just nasty man!

  • I dont get this movie -.- can someone explain to me?? .... the meaning behind this film? or it's just trying to make people feel bad

  • @ffuuuucccckk i guess the point of the movie is to say even when you have no hope anymore its those little things in life that will help you move on.

  • @viewthedee OH true, thats a good point :) thanks for sharing, appreciated

  • am i the only one who thought the movie was bad ? =/

  • @viewthedee no,you're not,,it's boring,,,VERY x(

  • @naiera2 lol i got so mad in the ending, it made no sense :S

  • @viewthedee : the ending merely meant they had to take one moment at a time. They will NEVER get over this, they will have to deal with it forever, but they have to take one day at a time.

  • Is this a good movie? I'm thinking of going to the cinemas today.

  • Lol. Whats wrong with the views?!!

  • why do they call it rabit hole?

  • @spirit2981 In Brazil they called it by a stupid name: "Meeting happiness again." I don't know why "Rabbit Hole", but it seems more interesting than "Meeting happiness again". By far.

  • @spirit2981 If you watch the movie you will know.

  • Where's the views !!! WTF?

  • 1:22.... devil =O !!

  • Ever since The Lost Boys, I've always imagined Diane West as the sweetest, nicest, lady on Earth. *shrug*

  • Nicole has such a convincing American accent.

  • sooo not what i've expected.

  • the play is amazing. the movie looks good too

  • ain't trailers suppose to '' make people want to see it '' ?

  • @Ronn0802 - thanks now I know I wont rent it

  • People who criticize slow movies are people who think fast.

  • this movies actually got some funny bits suprisingly

  • is it me or i can't see the views?...

  • Where is Nicole Kidman? That woman with the morphed lips can't be her!

  • i saw this movie for english class, it was pretty good

  • @jamaicancutie1000

  • I LOVE SLOW MOVIES ,THEY SAY SO MUCH WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING..

  • Thank you AliiHS7239! :)

  • @TheRekaLilla Your most welcome =)

  • The song in the trailer is Broken Belss - The High Road

  • @AliiHs7239 Bells*

  • Hey everyone,

could anybody please tell me what the title of the song is in the trailer? I just can't find it anywhere... and it's a great song!!!

    Thanx

    P.S. great movie!

  • @TheRekaLilla I'm looking for it too.

  • and people who like fast movies suffer from ADD

  • Why is there a convo about slow movies here? Did anybody really think this was slow? Its only an hour and a half long including credits. I didn't think it was possible to have a movie that short be slow.

  • @leahcorin30 so much respect send towards you darling :) ive lost a brother , my twin sister and my bestfriend .. but i know that no matter how awful and horrible i feel it has affected my parents life deeper .. they didnt kniw the lil secrets my siblings had , they didnt know about sneaking out and what happens in parties but they have lost pieces of them .. may the god you have faith in stay by your side and make you stronger .. take care of yourself!

  • the question is...why can we see God only in our hard times but never when we are happy?

  • @MuffinLove983 "The High Road - Broken Bells"

  • I have lost a child a 14 month old little girl. I know how this feels. And its very much true. its a lot like the alice in wonderland theory below, when our child died it was like we fell through the rabbit hole into a whole other dimension and we had to learn to live in this world. its never the same again. we had to adapt. and there is a god. i dont blame god for this. this is life.

  • @leahcorin30 OMG you poor thing. bless you and stay strong i wouldnt be able to live if i had a daughter and i died :'(

  • RABBIT HOLE...It refers at an old parallel universe theory

  • RABBIT HOLE...It refers at an old parallel universe theory

  • FUCK YOU MC DONALDS!FUCKING ADS

  • como se llama la cancon del final!!!!

  • what songs are in this trailer

  • People who criticize slow movies are people who don't like to think.

  • @dralockhart People who like slow movies are slow thinkers.

  • @Alephantiasis False. How much thinking do movies like "Green Lantern" require?

  • @dralockhart I don't know anything about "Green Lantern", but the amount of thinking is not related to the movie, but to the audience. Anything can trigger an interesting response if you're clever enough to think outside the box. Given your sweeping statements, I guess you need a movie that forces you to think to be able to produce some sort of response. Truth is, any stimulus can do the trick. Thinking is as natural as breathing, it shouldn't be a pain, but a pleasure.

  • @dralockhart So true.

  • @dralockhart So true.

  • @dralockhart or just people who want to be able to think about something?

  • @dralockhart I don't agree with that. I've enjoyed the works of Kubrick, Bunel, Godard, Malick, Kobayashi, etc. and other filmmakers who take their time in telling stories which require a bit of effort to watch at first. However, have you ever seen a Michelangelo Antonioni film? His films are also slow and I don't generally enjoy them. Rabbit Hole was not a slow film. It builds to the few moments of the actual accident fairly well and is only 90 minutes long.

  • @dralockhart Not always. I just saw X Men: First Class and Pirates of the Caribbean 4 and thought they both could have used some trimming and condensing. Even shallow films can be too long and dragged out.

  • @dralockhart Or maybe they think faster than you....

  • @dralockhart Whats your point?

  • @dralockhart people who criticize slow movies are slow people.

  • This movie was great. It's sad but ultimately hopeful, and it doesn't sugar coat anything in the grieving process. I'm sure anyone in their position would appreciate that. 10/10

  • Im actually sorry but WHERE IS THE RABBIT HOLE?

  • @GlobalFailures It is metaphorical. No actual rabbit holes, I think. I could conjecture that the "rabbit hole" is metaphorical for hiding in a hole like a rabbit when there is difficulty, and eventually venturing out of the rabbit hole (you are a rabbit), to psychologically overcome the sense of danger or difficulty. However, that is a wild guess, as I have no idea.

  • @GlobalFailures In Alice in Wonderland, Alice fell down the rabbit hole into a place where nothing made sense. "Down the rabbit hole" is a phrase today meaning "everything is going crazy right now" or something like that. In this movie, I am assuming the loss of their child sends the couple down a "rabbit hole" where their entire world is different. Kidman says "Nothing is nice anymore" or something like that. Nothing makes sense - it's all different.

    Like KillerNumberX said, it's metaphorical.

  • @TheFanwindow Thankyou very much :)

  • so, it is a movie about overcoming ultimate difficulty.

  • this is so sad. I don't think I'll be watching this movie.

  • @VocalTrance842317109 i know. i thought the same thing

  • she is best actress of the world

  • This movie, in itself, plays as the ode to the burdens of the common man, of the griefs and personal torments that we have gone to silently forget.

  • Seriously, what's up with the religious ad? Gimme a break already...

  • Comment removed

  • The movie was really touching, I was constantly tearing thru out the movie, but it's a sad really so many ppl live out there.

  • What's the name of the song?

  • @MrJpman2 The song is The High Road by Broken Bells.

  • this looks like a damn good & meaningful movie!..

  • wonderful.

  • if anyone was wondering, this movie is amazing and powerful...

  • Comment removed

  • Nicole Kidman was so much more convincing when she had a real face.

  • @xTheOxx what do u mean by that?

  • @Annabell1885

I mean the stiffness of her botoxed face makes it hard to relate to her anymore.

  • @xTheOxx well thats true. but the thing is if u look at her in moulin rouge she so soo pretty. it really upsets me when i think she did all that to her face!

  • @xTheOxx she has had a nomination to Golden Globe and the Oscar...maybe you wrong ;)

  • Good timing, I was just thinking to myself, "What is the most sad terrible thing I could think of that I would be willing to pay ten bucks to see for two hours?"

  • haven't cried this hard since King Kong

  • I have not seen the film yet but I hope it is not as depressing as Revolutionary Road. There is only so much of that I can take.

  • loved it, it made me cry

  • ...sounds like a good movie

i just want to point out that the pen drawing it's way towards the 'family' tree just reminded me of the 'Big Bang Theory' intro lol

  • @28880 the pen drawing has nothing to do with a family tree :) but you should watch the movie its really good
