@Aunpaidintern Chao is part of VocaTone, so had early versions of the bank etc.

The bank was finished before the release, so Chao had the full version.

I remember Chao mentioning he also has Oliver's bank before the low notes were added.

Pretty sure Oliver whistling is the ability to import sounds to Vocaloid 3. I could be wrong, though.
