  • This is amazing. Kudos to this man

  • how could any government or person be allowed to dam up a river and destroy afood chain. THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH CRIMES AGAINST NATURE. AND EVERYTHING THAT THEY OWN IN THE WORLD SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM.

  • @moviesforrandy What crime exactly would they be charged with? And who would lead this green inquisition?

  • Grow you're own hemp too?

Im just kidding... But 5*s for eco friendly

  • @nin9121 my great grandmother used too.. for clothing.. they used to do everything by hand.. depends on how far back you go..

  • nukeular

  • "ktimco" get a clue! How are people "trashing the planet"?? Let me guess, you're a leftist who still believes in anthropogenic global warming, right? (even though the planet has been cooling for the last 15 years...)

  • @ReganEraConservative who cares about global warming do it to save money, if you really believe that energy cost will go down then keep paying the electric companies what every they want, but if you want to be free to keep your own money and live a good clean life go green!

  • Your prodigious stupidity and ignorance amuses me. You still think everything is a principle of "left or "right".

  • "Heaven is a place on earth" - Belinda is right!

You can also use that water flow for generating a power.

  • wow you live just like a native Indian, hardly even affect your environment..too bad for all the rest of the people trashing the planet.

  • wow so peaceful, but it sux theres no internet

  • This guy must be kidding right? The HippyGourmet!!!? Hes kidding right, dude cannot be serious...:)

  • My dream home!..only i like desert/ savannah areas :D

  • Beautiful house & good vibes ...

Yes , he needed materials to build it,

but this arcitectural pearl will welcome the next generations too.

  • this dude has money! the PV array is HUGE! gotta love the surroundings!!!!! sweet!

  • i used to live in nevada city man!!! ugh

    i miss it so much.....

    awesome video

  • No "sounds of nature" meditation tapes needed - just open a window! Very nice!

  • Bruce is the MAN! I just recently bought his cookbook from Amazon and I've already made some of the delicious recipes. Great stuff! :)

  • sweet.

  • WOW! so neat

  • okay, outside of the fact that he used up an entire forest to build his palace, I guess we can give him a little credit for attempting to be energy efficient...

  • But if we don't kill nature, how will we build our houses?

    watch?v=PaY3EDPCMr0

  • With fallen materials.

  • People keep looking at human beings as some artificial life not meant to be on earth. Birds build houses, and they don't "kill nature." A human can build a house in such a way to be in harmony with nature and can also live this way. We just have to stop thinking like we have to work to pay bills and buy *$h!t" to live. That just feeds the beast.

  • I liked how he wants that river preserved in its natural state....well except for the chunk of it he built his house on.

  • Sounds very familiar. These guys love to get there house built then have the land classified as protected so no one else can live there.

  • It doesn't look like his land is going to be deforested anytime soon from building one house, albiet a large one. He lives in a woodland area. I'm sure he didn't use wood from his own land, but he could have done so sustainably.

  • He actually did use recycled wood and sustainable building materials.

  • That's awesome. I don't get why others are downing this guy. He is doing something great for himself and the land.
