Richard Hawley is the best male artist in Britain at the moment.His music is a joy and his last two albums are both classics.Never in the papers fighting or going to rehab either.I am not from Sheffield but the city should be very proud of him.God bless Richard Hawley.

Aaw, he's so lovely :-) I saw him live with his old band Longpigs years and years ago (great band, for the uninitiated there is a few vids knocking around on Youtube), his solo stuff is so incredibly different, Coles Corner is such a beautiful record. His vision and voice are gorgeous :-)x
