Recently bought this helicopter, or at least something quite similar. Husband took it out of box to try it out, and it tail-spins everytime. Won't maneuver like it's supposed to. Have scoured the internet for some advice but can't find any. Your video keeps popping up however, so, do you have any advice for why it would be spinning out of control? Ready to return it at this point so anything would be helpful.

3.5 ch means 3 channels and an electronic gyroscope.

i have this and its amazing how much damage they can take i crashed literally above fifty times ( hard crashes!!!) AND IT STILL FLIES!!!!!!!!!
