Just a quick question, why do framerates drop in closed areas? I normally find it to be the opposite. When i'm outside I get 60 fps on ultra max, when I walk into a mine or something my fps drops down to around 18. Is it because skyrim isn't really optimized for 64 bit machines?
@Sapphire9211992 it's a problem with how they calculate lighting and shadow. you're more likely to have point lights and more light sources inside than out in a field.

@Sapphire9211992 I believe it is because there are more real time lights inside caves than outside. That is my guess.
