first off it's called TaterTot Hotdish, secondly use a can of Green Beans and pour the juice into the bowl and mix, then add the green beans and turn over a few time to mix the green beans in. Add the mix to the cake pan then put Tater Tots on top in nice even rows. If you want cheese on top that's fine. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and when you serve you'll see why the even rows works so well.

@Dazed767 Hi! Thanks for commenting! Oh, the mixed veggies with asparagus sounds delicious in this recipe. I will definitely try that next time! Thank you for the tip. Have a wonderful day. Hugs to you and yours...
@JillnRe Hi JillnRe. Yes, you can do this without any veggies. You can also use different soups like cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, etc. This is also good with turkey instead of beef. Hope you like it! Have a beautiful day. Hugs...
Hi snoopval! The Duggars make this? Very cool! I watch them sometimes, but I missed seeing them make this. I can't imagine cooking for that many children! Wow! Thank you for posting!!! Hugs!
Tina!!! How are you? I hope you are doing great! Thanks so much for watching and writing in! Everything is better with tater tots. :-) You didn't drop it? Ha ha. Well, I dropped my newest vid of thumbprint cookies. Cameras were not rolling at the time, but yep, I had cookies all over the floor. And those take 4ever to roll into balls! GRRR and ha ha ha! Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year! Much love to you!
Hi Teg! Thank you so much for watching and writing to let me know how this turned out. I'm so happy you liked it! Hope you are well. You are in Phoenix? What's the weather like right now? I'm in Ohio and it's so cold outside. Happy Holidays and hugs to you and yours!

Hi sazer123! Thank you for commenting. If you don't have tater-tots, you could subsitute potatoes or hashbrowns. That would work just as well. Hope you can try this recipe. Have a beautiful day! Hugs...
Nice video. I just made a tater tot casserole, But I didnt have any cream of mushroom (or any kind of creamy soup) so I boiled some chicken broth and added a rou. ( I think thats what its called lol) and i didnt have sharp cheddar :( I had to use mexican blend :p Anywho never made one before...Should be yummy. Oh and I used corn instead of peas.
Hi fangiex! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Wow... I think I'm liking your version of this recipe better than mine!!! Corn instead of peas? Oh yummy! I bet that made it really good! Hi davidsan01. No Tater Tots in the UK? :-( Tater Tots are made from grated potatoes and are similar to a hashbrown, only smaller and more cylinder in shape. Yes... we do eat a lot of cheese in America :-) I think one statistic said the average American consumes 31 pounds of cheese per year! Wow!
There are so many great recipes on here. All my favorite "comfort" dishes. Thanks for these!
