Yes, as a matter of fact I have a state registration and a county license. My clients demand only licensed professionals on their contracts.

In addition, my homeowners insurance ONLY covers the work of fully licensed and registered tradesmen. Joe Wurzelbacher would only be allowed to work as an unskilled laborer. The minute he picks up a tool, he and his boss would be personally and professionally liable for any damage or substandard plumbing work.
