The lyrics in Cantonese is much better than that in Mandarin. I can fairly say that the lyric of this song contributes a lot to its popularity.

this only proves one thing : HONG KONG NEEDS PEOPLE TO WRITE BETTER LYRICS!!! The misconception is that hk singers are bad singers, but rly the lyrics are crappy. Crappy lyrics produce crappy songs, and even if the best singers sing these songs, they will not sound as good. Elanne sounds magnificent here, but only ok on her own songs. why? cuz the lyrics are bad.

I disagree, this song was sang by many people, and it was written by
劉德華 and 盧冠廷. If the lyrics of this song is crappy, i doubt anyone would sing the song.
