  • Rule of thumb when eating Tex-Mex food:

    When preparing beef always use corn tortillas. Corn tortillas enhances the taste of the beef.

    When preparing chicken always use flour tortillas.

    Avocados always taste best when eaten with corn tortillas.

    Flour tortillas seem to always turn into a mushy mess when exposed to moisture.
