All of it is taken out of context, Morgen R posted on Verumserum as "morgen" where he claimed he had to jump threw hoops after the fact to get the full audio.

Which is bull because he had to have the full audio to edit to post his video

The full audio shows the full context and it's not support for a insurance mandate. It's Newt trying to inject the conservative opt out of personal healthcare accounts
