Whoa! Ninja warrior has been a dream of mine for almost 3 years now, but I only started training a month ago. I really hope that I could get to your level someday!
Unfortunately, I'm only 18 so I've got to wait for my chance :/
oh yeah, the strength and technique part was very well covered and very impressive. so was the flow (especially the rail work was amazing) the precision jumps were also nicely done. but i still think you could have used some more high paced and longer parkour clips in this video as well (wud have given it a really nice toucch ^^)
But yeah, best of luck to u and hopefully u make it in ^^
ill be very surprised if they turn you down, considering your history and skill level. unless of course... their scared you might actually finish the final course ;)
man i have always looked at you as a rolemodel for strength and conditioning, it shocked me to the point i gotta ask: why such terrible climb up at 1:30? :S
@narutowa thanks man. it was a bad climb up because i had already done a rope climb, rail balance, salmon ladder, and a bunch of bar work before i got to the end. ;)
