These guys are wonderful! I saw them this last weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival and they were probably one of my favorite shows and made my first visit to TRF unforgettable.
They dance well - middle eastern and belly dance style to be sure - but distinct in that they lack the varied movement and elongated rhythum of our traditional dancing.
The "Chorus" formation does not originate with our race - a modern tool for the Gadge audience - but none-the-less entertaining.
The lady on the left, with the black/gold skirt has the most natural rhythum and quality of the group.
