For over a decade the disabled toilet outside the station has been used for drug deals and drug use, and with all the cctv cameras they cant stop it. Frankston, sadly has become a joke. I was born here 46 yrs ago, left 6 times, and every time i come back it gets worse. They have done some really nice things when it comes to beatifying the place up, the foreshore for example.
